Strong reputation. Important work. But the core service pages weren’t doing their job. Visitors had to work too hard to understand what The Concord Center offers, who each service was for, and how to take the next step, especially for something as sensitive as mental health care.


My solution:
Rebuilt three core service pages (group therapy, accelerated outpatient, summer programs) to reduce friction, clarify positioning, and guide visitors forward with calm, human language without oversimplifying complex care.
