What exactly is a 'Custom LLM'?
Your Custom LLM (Large Language Model) is an AI-powered writing assistant trained exclusively to sound exactly like your brand. I'll set it up and train you or your team on how to use it.
How long does this whole process take?
About 1 month. Typically, from our initial chat to having your shiny new verbal brand identity in-hand takes about 2–3 weeks. Setting up your content engine (Custom LLM or Campaign Pipeline) usually adds another week. Yes, really. This isn't some endless branding project that drags on forever while you slowly grow a beard and turn into a skeleton.
Do you also include visual brand identities?
Yes and no. I’ll happily provide a visual brand framework — colors, fonts, style guidelines, the whole nine yards —because visual and verbal identities should work together. But if you're looking for detailed logo design or custom illustrations, that's a bit out of my wheelhouse. But I can recommend some fantastic designers who specialize in that area.
Can you help us distribute the content, too?
Distribution isn't technically part of my main offer. But if you don’t have a solid distribution strategy yet, we'll either work together to get one set up or I'll introduce you to some of my contacts who specialize in content distribution.
